Privacy Policy

This is an English translation for convenience. The Turkish version is the binding text.

This policy covers the engerektech.com website. The legal grounds for processing personal data and your rights are explained in detail in the KVKK information notice.

Our apps

The privacy policies of our apps will be listed here as they are published.

Information collected on the site

• Contact form. The name, email, company and phone (if given) and the message you write; used only to reply to you.
• Server logs. Like every web server, ours records the IP address, date and time and the requested page; these are used only for security and troubleshooting.
• Error reports. If a software error occurs on a page, the type of error, the page address and the browser version are sent to Sentry. No IP address or personal information is added.
• Visit statistics. We count how many people look at which page with Umami, running on our own server, without cookies. IP addresses are not stored; they are only hashed one way with a key that changes daily, and no per-person profile is built. If "Do Not Track" is on in your browser, you are not counted.
• Read counts. Blog posts keep a total read count; who read them is not recorded.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies (visit counting is cookieless), so it doesn't show a cookie consent banner either. The browser's session storage holds only small flags the site needs to work (for example, that you closed the help card on the blog). The team portal keeps the session of our signed-in staff in the browser.

Sharing and security

Your information is not sold or used for advertising. The site is served over HTTPS and only authorised team members can access the database. The list of service providers is in the information notice.
